They do go the extra mile to make sure your experience with them is good, although the rates have gone up significantly, when I called to express my concern about the possibility of not being able to afford my increased monthly payments, Ms. Knucolls, the agent I spoke to when I called, suggested a change to my policy that would decrease my payment until the rates came down again for me.
